The Wolf and the Kid-
A kid (goat) thought he was a grown and did not listen when it was time for the herd to leave. Next thing he knows the bad wolf is there but he begs the wolf to play him a song before eating him. The wolf agree and when the shepherd dogs heard they came running and they wold took off. Don't lose sight of your purpose.

The Tortoise and the Ducks-
The turtle was sad he always had to leave in his home while the birds got to fly and the other critters got to run around all the time. The turtle met 2 ducks and they decided to help him. They each grabbed the end of a stick and told the turtle to hold on with his mouth in the middle, but that he could not talk at all. Once in the air they saw a crow who said that he must be see the king of tortoises and the turtle began to say "why certainly" when he let go of the stick and fell to his death. Curiosity and vanity can lead to misfortune.

The Dog and His Master's Dinner-
A dog learned to carry his master a dinner every night to him in a basket. The smell was very tempting but the dog remained faithful. Soon other dogs began to notice and wanted to steal the food. One day they all got together and attempted to take it. The dog tried to run away but eventually stopped to argue. He dropped the basket and seized part of his masters dinner. Don't give into temptation.

The Monkey and the Dolphin-
A shipwrecked and some dolphins saved the humans in the water by swimming them to shore. A monkey was also on board and jumped on the back of a dolphin. Before the dolphin noticed that it was a monkey he began asking the monkey questions. When the dolphin noticed the answers didn't line up he turned around and noticed the monkey. The dolphin then dived into the water and left the monkey to fend for itself. Don't lie.

The Wolf and the Ass-
A Donkey was in a pasture when it noticed a donkey lurking in the shadow. It knew what the wolf was up to and knew it needed to come up with a plan to get away. The donkey pretended to be injured and when the wolf came up he asked what was wrong. The donkey said he had gotten a thorn stuck in his foot and that the wolf better get it out or he meant swallow it when he eats him. The wolf agreed and began looking for the thorn. Then the donkey kicked with all its might and knocked the wolf back and ran for safety.

The Monkey and the Cat-
The monkey and cat were best friends and lived together and were always working on how to get food. One day some chestnuts were roasting and they monkey convinced the cat to scoop them out of the fire and he would dived them up. The cat would go in and get chestnuts but the monkey would eat them immediately. Eventually the master came in and the cat had no chestnuts and a burnt paw. Decided then that it would stick to mice and rats and no longer work with the monkey.

The Dogs and the Fox-
Dogs found a dead lion and began tearing into it with their teeth. A fox walked by and mentioned how different the situation would be if it was alive.

The Dogs and the Hides-
Hungry dogs saw some hide in the river, which they loved to eat. The water was too deep for them to reach so they decided they would drink all the water up. The dogs burst from drinking too much and the river water level never changed. Don't try impossible tasks.

The Rabbit, the Weasel, and the Cat-
A rabbit went out for dinner and didn't latch the door to his home. While gone a weasel came in and made himself cozy. When the rabbit returned the weasel would not leave. A nearby cat heard the arguing and came over. Told them to come closer for it was hard of hearing and before they knew it they were both trapped under the paws of the cat.
